Just checked my MSN.COM account (same system as Hotmail, I believe) - Inbox seems fine.

Hi Ramy, There was a networking issue that was found during routine maintenance. The issue was with Windows Live ID and affected all services that used Windows Live ID to sign in like MSDN, MSN, and Hotmail. The total downtime was about 2 hours.
