Why does Internet Explorer only download files 99%? :S
I can only download files 99% on my computer which has IE 8(or 7, not entirely sure). This means I cant download any files or a new browser. I need to download my anti virus software.
I really dont want to pay all that money for technical support from microsoft so if anyone can help I will send you an e-brownie or e-cupcake, or any other e-confectionary!

You may consider disabling scanning when downloading files from a trusted site to see if this addresses the issue. -
Inappropriate?I dont think its the same thing. I currently have no antivirus software because I cant download anything!

Inappropriate?Just a thought, but does it say "99%" in the start menu tab? And then you can click on it and bring up a window that say that at the very top? You need to then click the button that says "Close" to close the window. Or if you want to install right away click the button that says "Open".
