Month budgets that DON'T run 1st - 1st of each month

I want my budgets and months to run 28th of each month t 28th of each month as this is when I am paid. How can I set this up? Because if my gym membership comes out on 29th of Sep that is part of the Oct budget NOT the Sep one.
