Scheduled Transactions: Mark as Paid on desktop app does not update badge on touch app.

When a scheduled transaction is manually paid through Cha-Ching desktop (by clicking on the 'mark as paid' button on the scheduled transaction), and then the account is synced to an existing Cha-Ching Touch account, Cha-Ching Touch will not update its scheduled transaction badge until the app is closed and reopened.
