So how do you download transactions from the bank?
I'm trying to figure out how to download transactions and I'm not seeing an obvious way to do it. What is the workflow?

Cha-Ching has a built in web browser. For each account you track in Cha-Ching you can specify your online banking URL.
You can then use the online browser to navigate to your online banking site to download a QFX OFX or QIF file. Cha-Ching will then allow you to import the downloaded file.
