Looking for someone to make a flash game for me

I don't know if this site would be interested or perhaps its visitors, but I have a pen and paper role playing game I've been pushing the last couple years. I'd really like to see a flash game done for it however I don't have the time to invest in learning a new program or new coding methods as I currently handle most of the writing, all of the print layouts as well as facilitate the website and social media outlets. In addition to this I have a full time job to pay the bills.

Basically, I am looking to partner with someone or some company to make a game based on my books. It's a dark fantasy type of setting with steampunk elements. I have a specific direction and story in mind for how the game would plan out, but I'd need someone who could handle the actual creation of the game. I'm ok with using pre-set tiles like the kind used in other programs like RPGMaker, as I am more focused on story.

As far as how the partnership would go, if you make the game it'll be hosted on my server, as well as I will promote it and your designs. There is a budget for the costs of this project, but we will discuss that in more detail once I find if anyone is interested. If this isn't the place to look for this type of work, please direct me to any recommended developers.
