Sawn-off Tales Film Project
Hi,
I am making a film based on David Gaffney's Sawn-off Tales. This book is a selection of short stories, of about 150 words, written by David Gaffney. My aim is to get each story directed by a different person across the world, bringing together a huge variety of styles and techniques.
I like your videos and was wondering if you could inform the animators of my project to see if they would like to contribute a film adaptation of one of these stories?

Sounds like a great project. Milkandcookies does not have resident animators per se, but we do see works from many different artists all the time. It may be worth watching a few then tracking down the artists you think would do well for your project. One animator I found to be particularly good in everything he’s done is Tysone Ibele. He has a few works up on M&C and can be reached at his website www.tysonibele.com
There are many more like him with animations all over M&C. Take a look, there are sometimes contacts listed at the end of animations.
