Ted Talks and bad tags

Ted Talks links are always tagged with Jane Goodall, Bill Gates, Al Gore because of the blurb at the end of the video description snatched from youtube. Since mods can't remove tags (and the face of Bill Gates + BSOD decrease the potential audience of a link) could we add an ad hoc filter which only retains the relevant informations?
