why such poor customerservice?
HELP EXPLAIN ASAP PLS
Can anyone explain to me why MindValley says it is a leading company where it maintains such minimalist customerservice to put it mildly!
On Feb 28 I purchased Adwords System Exposed v9.0 and around the same time I also bought WordButler
It took an awfull lot of emails to learn that the file-extension DOTair while downloading thanks to the darker secrets of the internet changed into zip and that simply changing the extension solved the notworking of the application (thx)
and to date al of my emails regarding the bonus of 3months free membershipentry to MindValleyLabs go UNANSWERED, why?
sofar I do regret my spends on the Exposed v9.0 PDF and on WordButler and I am not hopeful on the Adwords Profit Guard
So I just cannot get my mind around the extremeties here, webpresence that seems of highvalue and then very very very poor customersupport, which I dont mean personally onto John Moore, the responses I got eventually were okay
though I am still waiting on 2 topics SINCE Feb 28!!!

and yes nothing works - direct emails, support tickets, emails to personal addresses I found

I would like to get a refund as well. Have been unsuccessful getting this request resolved through private channels such as emailing MindValley customer service directly. I even tried calling the company during business hours and got the voicemail system saying that no one was available. Have been trying for 2 months to get a refund.
