Cannot Connect to PHEAA/EdFinancial

PHEAA / EdFinancial does not connect...ever. First, Mint reports an authentication problem. After a UN/PW update, however, all one can get is a notice that there is a "temporary issue connecting." This issue has been temporary now for almost a year. Ever since PHEAA/EdFinancial switched to security question log-ins Mint has consistently failed to connect. Contrary to the information contained in the list provided by Fresca Mento, it is impossible to connect to PHEAA/EdFinancial through Mint.
