Custom tags in Budget & ability to add other debts
I would like to be able to add a custom tag in the budget section to help me track things that I can't get tracked as an account. For example, I have to pay $253 towards a student loan to a third party that doesn't have web-based system. Or, If I were to take out a personal loan from my employer and want to track that payment in my budget.

How are you paying for the student loan? If it's a check or payment from an account you've added to Mint, Mint can already track that today. Simply find and then categorize the payments as 'Kids & Education' -> 'Student Loan' on the transaction page. Then add a Student Loan budget from the overview page of whatever amount you need.
