The company believes this isn't a problem.

Inappropriate? This happened to me the first time I set up my account. I came back later and it was working. I'm not sure if the problem is with Mint or their partner company that does the aggregation.
Everything works beautifully for me now.
I’m sorry you're having problems

Inappropriate?I'm having the same problems.
At first it crapped out on all of my accounts. Eventually it decided 2 of them were blessed enough to go through.
Currently my Wells Fargo bank account, my most important account, won't register.
Oh well, it will get there eventually!
I’m frustrated

Inappropriate?I'm having the same issue here.
I can imagine you're taking quite a pounding right now.
I’m understanding

Inappropriate? For the record, my Wells Fargo account successfully integrated at arounf 1 AM last night.

Inappropriate?I still haven't been able to add any accounts. I guess the traffic from TC40 overwhelmed their servers a bit.
I’m still hoping I can try it out eventually...

Inappropriate?Site should be working fine now....they worked out some issues late Wednesday night and by Thursday late morning it was doing great.
I’m excited

Inappropriate? Can you give a little more detail, i.e. are you able to find the banks but they don't add or are the banks not even there or they connect and take your password but don't download transactions? Also, which banks?
I’m confused

Inappropriate?Hey Rob, I actually had two problems.
The first:
I wanted to add a Chase VISA card. I searched for "chase" and found 6 options. The option titled simply "Chase," when clicked, placed a login form into the accounts area with 5 fields, a Chase logo, and a bank link to www.firstusa.com (this is the first point where I paused to consider if I was even on the right track).
I entered my Chase username and password and clicked login (I didn't have "answers" for the 3 security question fields). Obviously, this didn't work.
Luckily, I found the other Chase in the popular banks list, before entering anything into the search box. This Chase also had a Chase logo, a link to chase.com, and only 2 fields. This one worked! So now I have one account in Mint.
I think my point with this, really, is to say that this particular group of banks is confusing, and needs more explanation. I consider myself a very savvy web user, but I couldn't figure out which bank was the right one.
The second:
My First Republic Bank account. This bank didn't suffer from a confusing set of alternative, it just won't connect with the correct credentials. The weird part about First Republic: when I set up my account in Quicken, it took me to a different login page than I'd ever seen before, and had me choose credentials specifically for online banking. Perhaps I need to use those credentials to successfully add my account to Mint? I'm going to test my theory (if I can find these other credentials) and see if I have success there.
I’m thankful for your assistance
