Lost support for www.retireoneline.com.
It's been working since I started (mid January), but has not updated in the last two weeks. When I tried to add it again, I received a "this bank is not supported" error.

Do you mean www.retireonline.com , not www.retireoneline.com ? For www.retireonline.com , yes we show that due to multi-factor authentication changes on the site that it is no longer supported. We'll still investigate deeper to verify and let you know if and when it can be supported again. -
Inappropriate?Whoops, my bad (on the spelling). When I log into the site, I don't have any multi-factor authentication requirement, just username/password. Is it dependent on the user/company?

We realize this is frustrating. We are actively working on ways to get this functional again in spite of what retireonline.com has done with their authentication. We have an active service request open with our data provider. We first investigated around April 17 but there is little we can do at the moment to support the changes retireonline.com has made.
If anyone can successfully revert to a less secure option in their profile settings of retireonline.com, or a cobranded corporate subdomain of retireonline.com, please post on this thread. Otherwise, I will post here when we have any update to share. Again, sorry for the frustration this has caused.
