Mint not working with Citibank Credit Card (not refreshing)
My citibank Master card has not been working for the last 2 weeks. I have been trying for the last 2 weeks now, but still showing that can't connect. Can you please tell me if there is a problem, and if they are going to fix it? without access to citibank mint.com is useless to me

Inappropriate?I need this fixed ASAP. My Citibank credit card is my primary card because it's a cash-back reward card (CashReturns). However, no matter how often I click "update", Mint stubbornly jams on "Updated 2 weeks ago". I may have gotten it to work again by re-entering my username and password, which were not changed in the meantime, but I'm wary.
It's hard to keep track of my spending when the account on which 90% of that spending happens never updates, ever...

Inappropriate?I have this same problem and have for quite some time now.
I was able to find a temporary way around it. You can create a new credit card account with the same info and change your current (not working account) to "Closed". The new account updated for me, but it only updated once and stopped... This is by no means a fix just interesting to note that the account seems to update once initially and stops after that... maybe some weird security setting with Citi?

Inappropriate?about to stop using Mint since this updating credit card problem seems to be consistent.

Inappropriate?I'm already not logging in often.
Mint is useless if it can't do something as simple as get a balance on the only card I really use and view transactions posted to it.
Come on, Mint. It's not like this is the First National Bank of Timbuktu. This is one of the biggest banks in the US!

Inappropriate?Everyone, I would suggest you submit an actual support request via the Mint.com website. They helped me solve my issue with my co-branded Citibank Credit Card (It was an AA Advantage MasterCard), and if yours still is still an issue, I would suggest you go that route because its probably more specific to your account, and would be the best way to get help.
I do not work for mint.com nor speak for their support department, I can only speak for what worked for me. Only thing is, as an FYI, if the support person wants you to delete the card, do not unless you just signed up (with in the last month). If you do delete it, all your history goes away.
I’m better

Inappropriate? We too are on the verge of just abandoning mint.com if they don't fix it soon. The balances for our Citi accounts are updating but not the individual transactions.

Inappropriate?Yeah. Good God. My two main accounts. Citizens banking and Citi Credit Card. Neither work w. Mint anymore. Bank account has been down for 6 months. Keep saying... fix in the works.
Total Crap. I'm pissed. Mint "was" awesome but if they can't fix errors with any kind of efficiency they are useless. Really bad for the userbase they have.
