My Biggest Hurdle -- Bill Pay
If I have to open quicken twice a month anyway to pay bills and reconcile my bank book then I will continue using quicken for expense tracking and categorization / budget -- I understand that after a little up front commitment, Mint will do that for me, but why should I maintain both? Yes, I understand that it will help the "offers" that they give me, but that may not be enough.

Inappropriate?I (speaking as a Mint user and not a Mint employee) use Paytrust for my billpay. It's far better than the rest, allowing you to set auto-pay thresholds, alerts, etc. I rarely log in, only having to when I get an alert saying a bill is higher than it should be.
I became an ex-quicken-user after 10 years of that meticulous tracking and categorization you speak of, and I'm happy to never do that again.
There are other alternatives. Some people like doing auto-bill-pay through their merchant, since most of them support this now. For example, My broadband bill is the exact same price every month, and it's always going to be a fixed price, so I'd like to set that on autopilot. My broadband provider lets me set this up on their site. -
Inappropriate? The lack of bill pay is a major consideration of my not adopting mint. I would even pay for it. (I'm already paying for it from Quicken and my bank).
I’m disapointed

Inappropriate?I agree, bill pay is something mint.com really needs to take itself to the next level.
