@mintdotcom I really hate how Mint makes me re-enter all my bank account info each time a login fails (which seems to happen a lot lately).

Inappropriate?USAA (checking, savings, and credit card accounts). Has been happening occasionally for several months now.

Inappropriate?I completely agree. My banking account (small local bank) fails to connect frequently & every time I want to try again, I'm forced to enter all the security questions along with my password. I'd love to just press the "Try again" method & have the request resent. Another acceptable solution would be to only enter the username & password (as when Citibank fails).
I’m frustrated

Inappropriate?Happens a lot with Paychex Retirement Services, too. Why do you have to re-enter the login-info if the connection fails? It should at least pre-populate with the current login info.

Inappropriate? This happens to me a lot with ING, too. And INGs login information is a such a pain to fill out. So many security questions.

Inappropriate?Same problem Same frustration. Re-entering the information is so tedious. Is mint.com doing anything to address this? I have the problem with ING and a few credit cards (particularly a Barclay Barnes and Noble card). I want to stick with mint.com but this annoyance may make me quit the service.
I’m FRUSTRATED

Inappropriate?Agreed....though I have a feeling that they do this to authencate (just in case). They could change it to only require the username and password in these cases, and not have to reenter a security question.

Inappropriate? You guys should note that this is most of the time NOT Mint's fault. The banks are being overly protective and change their methods all the time. I keep getting locked out of my US Bank account after Mint.com fails to access a couple times. I really wish US Bank would support Mint.com but they have told me they flaty refuse to acknowledge any other way of accessing account info online other than at usbank.com.
I am wishing there was a list of banks that have expressed public support for Mint.com - I would switch to them.
I’m worried I may have to leave Mint.com
