Wells Fargo accounts not updating since 2/9/2009

None of my Wells Fargo accounts have updated in the last 7 days. Neither automatic nor manual updates work. Apparently a lot of other users are having the same problem. Some kind of status update from Mint would really be appreciated. It's unfortunate that I have to go to another site to get a better chance of an official response or status update.
