How long does it take EPW support to link your new phone after sending an email to connect your old pets?

My old iPhone broke and I just got a new iPhone. Since I cannot access my old pets from my new phone app...I sent an email to iPhone@epicpetwars and support@epicpetwars with my old pet names and my new pet and email address. My question is...how long does it take for someone to link my new phone? It's been 2 days.
