iPhone upgrade lost all my creatures
I upgraded to a new iPhone and my creatures were lost. I dont see any way to do a password recovery. I'd not linked with Facebook or epicpetwars.com. Where'd they all go?

1. A pet name from your OLD iPhone / iPod Touch.
2. A pet name from your NEW iPhone / iPod Touch (make one if you haven't already!).
3. The original e-mail address you used when signing up on your old iPhone so that we can authenticate your account.
After I have this information, I can transfer your old account to your new device!

Inappropriate?either leave your old character and new character info here and an employee will relink your phone or contact their support and do the same. It is because your account is linked to one individual phone so a new phone = a new account until you have them change it for you.

Inappropriate?It sometimes seems to take them hours to a couple days to relink the accounts having looked back at old posts. Just FYI. Hope it helps.

i had the old first generation iPhone and switched to the 3G and can't get my new phone to link with my account because its still on my old one i guess. HELP!!! :(

Inappropriate?their official answer if you look on the game updates tab in epw is to send an e-mail to iphone@epicpetwars.com with a name of one of your old pets and a name of a pet on your new phone and they will switch it. Some of the employees on this site seem to help take care of it too.
