inconsistent resuts

running one name a few times produces wildly different results. Does each run only use a random (or not random) sample of data for a name? How much data does it use and how is it selected for each run?

If it gets more than 30 non-duplicate snippets, then it takes a random sub-sample to make it more interesting.
