customer service response so far
I was very hesitant to order after reading about issues....however when I emailed customer service yesterday they responded in a timely manor and I exchanged emails a few times. Today I placed an order for 2 books, so we'll how that goes. I"m hoping it all goes well. I really love the way I can create photo books here, there's more options then other places. and Mixbook's has told me they will have the ordering part of their website fixed soon so that more then one book that's different can go on the same order. so we'll see.
