Log in and go to your book's viewing page (which looks like this http://www.mixbook.com/books?bid=116514) and click on the link in the black bar that says "Book Settings." In the top right hand corner you'll see a blue link that says "Delete book." Click on that link and confirm it, and you're done! Hope that helps!
