Facebook funds disapeared

The other day i had $10.00 of credit on my facebook account.today i have only $5.00, i thought that if i added an extra 20 friends i was supposed to get $5.00 added to account and not taken away!i was aboiut to order a book today but now it appears my funds have gone missing :( not happy!
