hollyjolly coupon disaster! Site is CRASHING

I am trying to complete my book by tonight's deadline so I can get the 20% off with the HollyJolly Coupon and also to get the extended 2nd day air shipping AND you're system keeps crashing on me. I end up having to redo whatever page I was working on. This has been happening for the last 2 hours. Now i don't think I will get it done before the deadline with all these setbacks!!!! HELP!!
