Inappropriate?Inkubook may have lower prices, but the quality is also lower. Our products are of very high quality and we are very proud of that. I'm sorry if you feel our prices are too high, they are comparable to other photo book companies in the industry.

Inappropriate?Also, in response -- the products that Inkubook offers are different than what we offer. They only offer 8.5x8.5 in softcover format, while we offer it in both softcover and hardcover. Our pricing for the softcover is lower than what they offer. Theirs is $13.95 for 20 pages and ours is $12.99 for 20 pages.
They also only offer 11x11 hardcover as their largest book, while ours is a 12x12 hardcover. The price difference is comparable, as theirs is $39.95 for 20 pages and ours is $39.99 for 20 pages.
Any of our customers can attest to the high quality of our binding and printing -- and we stand by our products. If you find anything wrong with your book, email us and we will work with you to make sure you are completely satisfied with your books. -
Inappropriate?I think you are comparing apples to oranges here. First off, Inkubook does not even offer 8.5x8.5" Hardcover, the product you ordered 4 copies of from us. Second, they do not offer a 12x12" book - rather an 11"x11" book. 12x12", as you probably know, is the standard size for scrapbooking and a beautiful format. Therefore, I don't see how you could be comparing prices.
As you probably already know, we offer a quality guarantee on our products. If you receive your books and you are still dissatisfied with the quality we offer for the price, you can email us and we'll make sure you are taken care of.
