Not Impressed with Mixbook Customer Service
FRUSTRATION!!!!!!!!!!!!! i want to talk with a staff member. I have emailed 3 times with no response. I wish i COULD CALL SOMEONE. i ordered a mixbook that i need before Christmas but i cant talk with anyone.

Inappropriate?I wish I could have a phone number too. UPS messed up my shipping after I paid 60.99 for overnight shipping. I want a refund! But UPS says I have to go through Mixbook.com. Think they will respond to me???
