text editing not saved - horrible looking page!
HELP!!! I just this minute placed an order for 2 copies of my book: 4343 It looked great on the preview page, but when I embedded it just now on my blog I see that the text on page 1 is all messed up - there are several version of editing there...I had changed the font, and all the versions are now visible! What can we do to make this right? How can I be sure that what I saw in the preview is what will print? (i.e., one version of the text, in "Domestic Matters" font)
I do not want to pay for this book if the embed version is what will print. Here's a screen shot of the bad version:
I have published with other companies, with no problems...this is my first mixbook, and it may be my last!

Inappropriate?Sorry about the trouble! Please log in to your book and correct the errors that you are seeing. When you are done, send us an email and we'll verify everything looks good before sending it to be printed.

Inappropriate?I'm not sure where to respond to you - I'll use this plus an email.
I have logged in to edit the book.
Here's the process:
1. I copy-and-pasted the text out of Mixbook to Textedit to eliminate the duplications (I thought)...but there is only one version of the text there, not two. So that won't work.
2. I tried to delete the page (page 1) , and recreate it, but "Delete Page" is not a live option for that page in the page tool box, and it won't delete!
3. I added a new page, recreated what I'd like to have for page 1, but I can't move it to the right position in the book.
4. I decided to go back to the original page one, delete all the text. I highlighted it all, deleted, and found that one version of the text remained, which I couldn't highlight or delete. Fortunately, in 3 out or 4 panels were left with the font and size I wanted, though there are a few typos, which I had corrected - but that's not the version that seems to be stuck there!
5. I removed the new page I had added.
6. Page 1 is now stuck with the opaque edit windows covering the text boxes - I can't do anymore to it. I would have liked to correct a typo...
7. I've saved and exited a 3 times, but the non-editing situation remains. However, it looks ok in the embedded version, and in the view version, so I guess that's it. I will live with the results. Not perfect, and I won't order more than I have already.
I made this book to use as a sample for our school, with a view to preparing books for each of our units. I want to feel the quality of the paper and binding. This experience with the text will make me vary cautious!
So, go ahead and print this book as it is now, unless you can do something to let me edit the text on that page!
Thanks for your quick reply.

Inappropriate?Kathy, there may be an issue with the embedding that we'll look into. As long as the book looks correct on the book viewing page on our site, it will print correctly. I have emailed you about this --- please respond to let me know whether you have approved the book to print based on the email I sent. Thank you.
