Why can't I get a response to my email?
Our book was printed without a title even though it shows the title in the gallery. We have sent a total of 4 emails and have received no response. The book is a school project and we need a corrected copy before the school year ends. PLEASE REPLY!

We can correct this issue -- it should not have happened, but there was a bug that we discovered having to do with text that was copied and pasted. Please give me the following information and we can correct the books:
1) SKU numbers (below the bar code on the back)
2) Order Number
3) Book Title
