Why won't pages I've removed go away?
I have removed two pages in my book -- p. 7 - 8 -- and while they are now blank with a red X, they are not going away. Can you please help me fix this?

Inappropriate?Meg, can you move these two pages to the end of your book? Click on the space between the page numbers (7 and 8) and then drag the pages to the end. See if you can click the pages to as if to add them again and then click to remove them again.
