You charged my account twice for one of my orders and I want that rectified immediately. Ironically you charged the $140.97 twice. I need those funds available asap. I am ok with my two orders that are pending.Thank you

I think we already responded to your email. We did not charge your card twice, but rather that is an authorization hold. It should leave your card within a few business days, depending on your bank.
