Code in subject line
How do I add the activation code to the subject line? Every time I try to add the code it goes into the body of the message not in the subject line.

Inappropriate?Well I have to say I am pretty disappointed in the level of help on this supposed customer service site. It says that there is "1 employee is listening and participating" but if that is so, I would have at least appreciated some sort of response even if it was a "I do not know but will look into it"
I’m disappointed

Inappropriate?Hey, I don't know what kind of phone you have, but I had this same problem. Pud helped me muddle through and we finally found where I could get to the subject line.
I have a Razr, and by default, anything I type went in the body of the message (showed up below my picture, on my phone).
You should have a place that says "options" or something similar? That's where I went. and then "Message Options" and I could get to my subject line from there.
Hope that helps.
