Xpics do not show up on the Mobog homepage, but they show up everywhere else (on user profiles and elsewhere).
So a smart xpic uploader should send a few non-x pics into mobog, to get your attention on the homepage. When you dive into that uploader's profile, you'll get an nsfw warning and see his x-pics (if you accept the warning).
Did that make sense?
