Using GTweeny as a substitute for TweenLite.

GTween just got a little sister called GTweeny. It's less that 3kb in size with a great performance. As ModestMaps only uses the tweening library on the TweenMap with some basic features, it could be a solid substitute for the TweenLite library.

However it's not yet clear if GTweeny will be released under the MIT license (as is GTween).
