Paypal confirms payment - Moo does not. Order still in cart.
Hello.
I've just placed an order for 100 minicards. After confirming my Paypal info, I was not successfully brought back to Moo.com to finalize the purchase. My Paypal info confirms and order has been placed, and money has been sent, yet your site still lists my order in my cart, as unsent. Please advise ASAP. I do not want to get billed for nothing.

Inappropriate?Tried to complete the purchase again, was redirected to Moo with this message: Unable to complete transaction using PayPal. Please use the other payment method.
I have no problem with that, I just need to be assured I was not billed (possibly twice) through Paypal. Paypal only notes the first transaction/payment as being completed, as though the second one didn't happen. Can you confirm I won't be billed at all?
Edit: I've managed to complete the via paying directly to moo. Still waiting on your confirmation regarding Paypal billing.

I can confirm that the order has now gone through. I have also double checked our Paypal account and sadly there was a little hiccup on their end and you were charged. We are processing the refund now and you should receive notification shortly.

Inappropriate?I am having problems with just paying for items. The site tells me that my information is wrong or paypal isn't working, use their direct purchasing processor. I have a feeling that this is just a scam and they are obtaining our credit information to ruin our credit. Authorities should step in and close this operation.
