need help canceling

Hello, It seems that you have removed my email address from your database due to my request for a subscription cancellation. I am still receiving mood log updates 8 times a day and wish for those request to stop. I tried to log on to my account through your service with no luck. My account had been deleted. If you could help me with this I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you, I hope you are having a great day!
