I can't get your app to work on phone network or wifi? Can i get my $12 back please? Keeps crashing and the app quits and takes me back to my iphone default screen.

Inappropriate?Let's try to fix it first. Can you confirm that you have API access enabled in Basecamp? It's under the "account" tab from the Dashboard.
