What should I do if Outpost crashes?
If Outpost has a problem, or (god forbid) crashes on me, what information should I provide, and to whom?

The main thing we need from crashes is the Crash Report. If the app crashes, then when you next sync your iPhone or iPod a crash log will be downloaded to your computer. Here's where you'll find it:
- On Mac OS X: ~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/MobileDevice/[device name]
- On Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\[username]\Application Data\Apple computer\Logs\CrashReporter/[device name]
- On Windows Vista: C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\Apple computer\Logs\CrashReporter/MobileDevice/[device name]
The crash logs themselves start with the application name followed by the date/time of the crash, then the device name (again) and have the extension 'crash', for instance:
Outpost_2008-09-30-135327_iPhone-3G.crash
These are text files and can be sent inline in an email, although a zipped version is preferred.
Please email them to 'dev' at 'morfunk.com'.

Inappropriate?Oddly, even after multiple attempts to pen with the same result, no Crash log is being written when I sync.
And still, even after multiple phone reboots, the same result when I try to open it. Should I uninstall and re-install the app?
I’m sad

Inappropriate? If you haven't tried deleting/re-installing, I would recommend doing so -- it worked for several others.

Inappropriate?*bump*-ing this one to the front page. Not sure if I can make this a sticky topic?
