Hi there,
For mobile uploads, they automatically default to the one mobile uploads folder.
However, once your video has uploaded to your account in Motionbox, you can move it into any folder you'd like to or designate a new folder altogether.
Here's how to move your video into another folder:
1. When you open up one of your folders, you can see then your videos listed.
2. Simply check next to the video you want to move and click above on "Move".
3. From here you can move to another folder or you can create a new one altogether.

I replied via email this morning as you had also written to our support address.
In that email I asked if you possibly were on the Sprint service since this is a carrier not compatible with Motionbox mobile uploads. But if not, definitely let us know so we can investigate further.

I'm sorry for the delay. Did you ever see your mobile upload? Have you tried this again since? I would advise that first and if still not uploading to your mobile folder on Motionbox, definitely let us know.
