Lately I have been having issues uploading videos in the MainConcept AVC/AAC codec. This is the same codec I have been using for a while and have never had any issues before. This morning I have uploaded three videos, two of them worked. This also occurs using the Desktop uploader.

That's weird that it never uploaded. Can you let me know what happened when you tried uploading it via the MXU (Motionbox Express Uploader)? Did you receive any errors?
If it's not too much trouble, could you try uploading it again with the MXU and let us know what happens? Here's the link to it: http://www.motionbox.com/install/mxu

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your video! I just took a look at your account and can see the two videos that uploaded successfully this morning.
As for the third video that you had some trouble with, can you let me know if it just never uploaded to your account successfully, or if it uploaded but did not process correctly (in which case, I'm assuming you deleted it from your account already since I don't see it)?
And, if you could let us know the size of the 3rd file, that would be great.

I ended up uninstalling MXU and reinstalling it. It was giving me some issues in Vista 64 (wouldn't connect). After a fresh install it uploaded the video without any issues. Thanks again for your help.
