Motion Box is down AGAIN. 7 hours later. Unacceptable.

I'm becoming extremely frustrated with this service that I'm paying over $100 per month for! Last night for nearly an hour I could not upload anything NOR could any videos be viewed. 8 hours later it's still the same situation! MotionBox is doing "maintenance" ALL THE TIME. That is absolutely unacceptable. If your business is not ready for prime time then you should pull it down and go back to the drawing board and get it right before you start charging people to use it. I would like to know EXACTLY how many times per day this site is down and for how long. If things don't get better, I will find another solution that is reliable.

    Hi Fred,

    We're very sorry but it seems you ran into systems maintenance last night which was divided into 2 parts - each lasting over an hour in the middle of the night Eastern Time. We weren't actually down for 7 hours but we truly apologize if you weren't able to get your videos uploaded or work done.

    The past month has seen new systems hardware being put into place and this has been a huge project for both the development team and the systems team. Unfortunately it has caused more down time than we would have liked or anticipated and more headaches. We do aim to for downtime to be when traffic to our site is typically at its lowest peak.

    For this trouble, we are going to credit you partial for next month's Pro cost in advance and I'll be in contact with you through your email about this.

    Again, we're deeply sorry for all of the inconveniences. As our new system is in place - it's bigger, it's better - hopefully in the very near-term our customers will see benefits too.
