MotionBox Express Uploader - Throttle Uploads

MotionBox Express Uploader uses all available upstream bandwidth to upload files (literally every Kb it can get it's hands on). This causes trouble with other services on the network. It would be nice to have a throttle setting on the uploader. Limit to a certain Kb/s rate would be idea. It could also use an intelligent rate detection mechanism and only occupy 3/4th of available bandwidth based on an upload test.
