Hi there,
There isn't a way to remove the Motionbox logo at the end of your video. Keep in mind we don't do any 3rd party advertising, however, on our website or on our video player at all.
Thanks for posting!

Inappropriate?Do you have a premium account? Because i dont have any logo in my videos, and i have a premium account.

Hi Danne, yes I have a premium account and the the logo appears beside a "repeat video" sign about 5 seconds after the video is finished playing. -
Hi Danne just to clarify the logo only appears when I embed the video on my website. I would like to remove the "go to Motionbox" logo if this is possible? -
Inappropriate?Hi vquiet
I found that logo now. And yes it would be greate to have a option to turn it on or off -

Hi Anita, thank you for the answer, however I would appreciate the option
to turn it off on my web site, even if this meant having to pay a little extra on my premium account.
Best Regards
Tony -
I second this request. Not having 3rd party advertising is fine, but when I pay for premium it should be my choice if I want to advertise for you, since I give you money to use your service. -
I agree I was in hopes that after paying I would not have to worry about a logo. I hate sending family videos that have "advertising" after they're played.
Also this pushes people away from your website, which seems to be the opposite to the reason you wanted people to view your video *on your personal website*
Thirdly, there are some people that quite frankly, I don't want them to see some of the other videos that I have uploaded for others to view... -
ignore third point. I realized I was logged in each time I tried this -
Inappropriate?Hi Tony - comments from customers such as you are great to know and we pass these along to our product team. Please continue to provide input anytime.

It's not just that the logo bothers me as a premium user, it's also the fact that when the logo appears at the end of a video visitors that I want to stay on my site will be temped away. How about a compromise and allow premium users to not have the logo if they put a link to motion box on their links page instead? -
Inappropriate?I agree 100%. I would be willing to pay a little extra (I'm already a premium member) to remove the motionbox logo. When I embed videos on my own website, it is nice not to have visitors enticed to wander off. Please do consider this option.
I’m hopeful.

Inappropriate?Another thought would be to keep the link, but link to the owner's profile. MB gets the traffic and exposure, but the owner still has the viewer's attention, in a way.

Inappropriate? Thanks everyone for your comments. I really like your last idea stm - in any case, I'll let the team know about this conversation and what some of our power users want.
Thanks again!

Inappropriate?Agree with jhudson. I'm going to use another service because I can't remove the "go to Motionbox" link after my embedded video plays. I'll gladly return to Motionbox if given the option to remove said link. And, yes, I am a premium member.
I’m frustrated

I found a way to take care of logo problem.
Use Video Mixer and add your own long advertising video at end of the each file. -
Hi Streammedia,
Motionbox Basic and Premium accounts are intended for personal video sharing only - they're not for commercial use. This means that videos that include a link to a commercial site or display your company’s logo as a watermark or any other type of advertisement for a commercial venture are not permitted on Basic or Premium accounts. You can read more of Motionbox's house rules here: http://www.motionbox.com/content/help...
If you plan on adding your own advertising at the end of your videos, please e-mail support@motionbox.com right away so we can set up a Professional account for you.
Thanks for your understanding!

Mona,
Intresting to find out you all had a "Professional account" would have never thought about it, since it's not listed on the site. I might be intrested in this in the future..
What are the differences over the Premium & Proffesional packages? -
Inappropriate?Hi guys,
This is actually something we are working on that may be available in the not-too-distant future. We will likely offer the customization of the player colors first, followed by the ability to remove the Motionbox logo at the end. I don't have a timeframe to give you right now, but we'll definitely keep you posted.
Thanks as usual for all the comments and suggestions. If you have more, or have any other questions, let us know!
Many thanks,
Kristy K.

Inappropriate?Hi!
An update on this - Pro members no longer have the "go to motionbox" link on their embedded players. This is very exciting news for many of our members!
If you need any information about a Professional account with Motionbox, please contact us at support at motionbox dot com. We don't have Pro membership information available yet on our site, so you'll just want to write to us with your request.
Thanks!

I wish this were true, but sbcvideo is SUPPOSED to be a pro account and I still have the motionbox logo on the end of my 29 videos that were uploaded to that account in mid-April. -
Inappropriate? Can you please send or post some details of Pro Membership and what's involved in transferring from premium. I can't find any mention of it anywhere
I’m undecided
-
I am assuming you can only get a "Pro" account via emailing support? -
Hi Matt,
Yep, please just email us at support@motionbox.com and we can help you get set up with a Professional account. Pro accounts are for users who want to use Motionbox for commercial/business use, users whose videos receive a high number of views, and users who don't want the "Go to Motionbox" link at the end of their videos. Pro users also get unlimited bandwidth (stream your videos as much as you'd like, no limits). The Pro membership is something that's fairly new, so we're still developing it as we see what our users are looking for (which is why you can't sign up via the website right now).
If you're interested, just shoot us an email (support@motionbox.com) and we'll send a PDF with all of the information!
Best,
Mona H.

Inappropriate?Hi Vquiet,
If you can write to our support team we can send you some information - it's not so simple to give you all the details here. As mentioned in my previous post, please write to support at motionbox dot com and we'll be sure to send you the pdf information on this.
Kind regards,
Anita W.
