Older uploads not working properly with Shutterfly
My videos that I have uploaded recently to Motionbox is working fine on Shutterfly. The videos that I have uploaded in the past is not working in Shutterfly. I have deleted them from Shutterfly and re-added them, still no go. It is as if the ones I have uploaded before you started your partnership with Shutterfly does not work properly. Please help.

I replied to your email a bit earlier sent to Motionbox Support. I hope you were able to get an answer from Shutterfly Support on this since this time.
Because they have their own uploader and handle the linking of Shutterfy and Motionbox accounts, they might be able to help you with this issue much better.
However, do let us know if you aren't receiving response for any reason and we can escalate on this end for you too.

Inappropriate?i've spend about 1 hour on the phone trying to get my videos to upload no luck their customer service is very good i must say! i will call their technical helpdesk tomorrow and see whats going on...

This is possibly resolved now. Are you able to check your account today and let us know if you see all of your Motionbox videos available to add to your Share site?
