Problems uploading larger files
I just joined motion box and for my first upload I am trying to upload a 1.7gb file and it just hangs up and the download process never works. It is a .dv file. help....

I'm so sorry you're having trouble uploading your file :(. I'm assuming you're a Premium member, right?
We have this new uploader that is excellent for large files. If you're a Premium member, could you let me know your Motionbox username or e-mail address so I can e-mail you the link to the new uploader? OR just feel free to email us at support@motionbox.com and let us know you're marsieve from Get Satisfaction and that you're having trouble uploading your 1.7gb file.
We'll send you the uploader right away and I think you'll be pretty happy with its results :).
