Public and Private folders
Most of my videos are private, but I would like to make a few videos public.
It would be nice to add option to make a folder private or public.
The photo storing/sharing site Zenfolio does a very good job handling this problem.

Yes, currently privacy settings are at video level and I have passed along your feedback to our poduct team about expanding them to folder level.
If you want to share an entire folder publically, what you can do is to make each video in that folder "open access" - then that folder and its contents are automatically public. The folders you would want as private, the individual videos could be set to private and those videos won't be shown unless you explicitly share them with others.
