Standard Definition Resolution - what is it?
What do you use for SD version (or SD upload) in terms of resolution - is it 640x480 (640x360 widescreen)?
Because the default embed code suggest something like 400 x 300 and I am wondering if the actual file is any larger than that?

No, your resolution should remain the same for a 640x360 video. If you'd like, you can always try to upload one. ;-) If things don't come out the way you want, we'll be right here ready to assist you further! Remember, it's always a learning experience for us, too!

The answer is yes; we still encode your video to play back online in our H.264 format.
