Uploading AVCHD files captured using Final Cut results in error.
I've pulled AVCHD content from my camera using Final Cut Express. Not when I try to upload the videos (from /Users/Chris/Documents/Final Cut/Capture Scratch/*.mov), motionbox says "Sorry, we're having some problems processing your video!". I don't have the .mts files handy, but can I still upload my current files without losing resolution?

Inappropriate?Hi there,
I'm sorry to hear about this frustration. I am trying now to encode the video once again so please check on it in a few moments to see if the second try processed it well.
Also, you may want to keep in mind that you can upload the AVCHD content directly to Motionbox from your computer and we do advise bypassing video editors or software for best results in both processing and playback. I'm not sure if you had tried this yet? Motionbox should fully support AVCHD.
Also, if you must edit your video prior to upload, we do provide some recommendations on setting the video here:
http://www.motionbox.com/content/help...
There may also be other power users on GS who upload HD content and possibly they can help out as well! Feel free to search here in the archives of GS to see if previous posts have been about your issues with AVCHD processing.
Best regards,
Anita W.

Inappropriate?I guess I'll stick to the raw .mts files. Thanks for your reply.
