Also, what camera did you use for the video and have you edited it all using any editing software prior to upload?

Inappropriate?Hi Mona, my user name is nonpromqueen, and I'm shooting with a panasonic Lumix TS1, which has AVCHD files I believe, I didn't use any editing software (which is why I came to Motionbox to begin with, no editing needed, yay!)

Inappropriate?Thanks Anita, I'm guessing it has something to do with the uploading process. The videos play fine on my computer, but once they're uploaded they all play too fast.

Inappropriate?I also have this issue using the lumix ZS3. I'm assuming its because the default format is 60fps. Will the files need to be edited before uploading?

I'm sorry about the playback issues with your Panasonic Lumix AVCHD files!
Our engineering team has taken a closer look and determined this is a bug that will need to be addressed in one of the next builds of the encoders. While we don't know how far away this will be, please feel free to check in with us in a few weeks for a status update.

Inappropriate?Hi, I also have a Lumix ZS3 and I can tell this much - it does not shoot 59.94fps, it incorrectly tags videos as such. Some players even on my computer play them too fast, believing the video is truly 60fps, it is not.
When I transcode the videos, I have to manually set the videos to 29.97 (TMPGEnc Xpress does not care though) and then it uploads just fine.
I think Panasonic has a bug with video metadata being incorrect, if this original report is about another Pana camera with the same problem...
