Where happened to the screen grabs?
What happened to the screen grabs? Motionbox used to automatically put a screen grab and the "play" arrow in my video clips when I embed them into my website - now its just a blank screen with the "play" arrow??

Hi Greg,
This screen grab - called a "poster frame" is now grabbing time 0 of your video - basically the very first screen your video shows. If you have it set to fade in from black, this may be what appears.
It used to be we had the halfway point but many customers didn't like this and wanted us to revert back to the original option. It may be that in the near future you are able to choose the poster frame from a couple of different options, but this is not yet available at this time.
I hope this clarifies any confusion and just let us know if we didn't understand correctly!

Inappropriate?Right now you can scrub your video in the video list, why not add a simple little button to take the current frame as a poster frame? -
Inappropriate?I 100% agree. I have alot of fade from black videos. This requires me to use your trim, which then requires your servers to save a copy and recompile standard and hidef video. Not very efficient for you and not very friendly for us.
Oddly, within the motion box site, it seems to show the first visible frame in the thumbnail, but as stated, the embeded is blank. -
