Inappropriate?I think this is something with your connection as I'm able to access the site. I'm accessing it externally from the Mozilla office.

Inappropriate?I can access the site https://addons.mozilla.org/ from IE but not from Mozilla!! That can't be right!
Also when I'm using Mozilla and go to Tools -> Add-ons->Get Add-ons it says 'Firefox couldn't retrieve add-ons.
It must be a configuration setting in Firefox v3.5.3 but nowhere on the net that I can find helps with this problem.

Inappropriate?I have this problem on a machine too. A bit of research threw up Symantec (makers of Norton Anti Virus software) as the possible cause. Even when uninstalled, it seems to secretly leave remnants in the system. To properly remove it, it requires the use of the removal tool from Symantec's website.
Here's the link to the forum discussing the matter. My machine with this problem has Norton AV installed and operating, on XP (Service Pack3).
